Yes, I have joined the kindness movement. So far I have done 1 act of kindness from the kindness.org which was compliment someone and gave them some advice. I felt pretty good when I did the act of kindness because we were talking about lifting weights and stuff like that so I gave him some advice on it and complimented him on his progress. I’d say this one is my favorite because when I compliment its genuine and we had a good conversation from it.
Some ways that you can be kind to your body are having a healthier food choice, lift weights, and do cardio. Some physical activities that I do are I train/basketball, I go for walks and runs, and I eat more foods that can benefit me more than others. An activity that I do to be kind to my muscles is weight training and I do that about 5-6 days a week with a break in between every 3 days (3 days on 1 day off and continue).
